The department is focused on teaching and clinical practice in the areas of adult and family health care. The department prepares students to provide a full range of health care services across the health care continuum to individuals of all ages. The department currently offers one distance learning programme: BSc Nursing (Upgrading). The department expects to launch BSc. Medical Records and Information Management (Upgrading) in September 2021.
